The Speaker of the Akwa Ibom House of Assembly, Onofiok Luke, has expressed his support for Ekemini Ekerette (Kemen), who was disqualified from the Big Brother Naija house on Sunday night. Kemen was disqualified for going against house rules and asked to leave. Kemen had been caught on tape fondling Tboss without her consent. Tboss was asleep when Kemen carried out the act. Luke admits he was not following the reality show before the incident, but insisted that it was not easy to be in the spotlight. He also expressed surprise as to how fans of Kemen, who is from the state, quickly turned against him after the eviction. Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Adesina has revealed the day his principal will return. This is as he described the growing tension over the health of the president as “purely unnecessary”. In a chat with TVC on Friday, the presidential spokesperson reiterated that the President is hale and hearty. Adesina also disclosed that Buhari is expected back into the country on February 6th.
